OSARCC is recruiting a Drop-in Group Facilitator / Initial meeting and Information supporter

Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint a Drop-in Group Facilitator / Initial meeting and Information supporter to work with survivors of sexual violence.
 
The post will be based in Oxford with possible travel within Oxfordshire. 
 
Drop-in group meetings are currently monthly, alternating between morning, afternoon and evening sessions, but there is an intention to increase the frequency to fortnightly following recruitment to this post.  OSARCC operates a flexible working policy and actively seeks to support women with caring commitments to work for the organisation. 
 
Initial meetings and Information sessions will take place shortly after a referral is received, and will involve a risk assessment, taking of demographic information, and exploring information relevant to provision of services with service users.  It is envisaged that this will form approximately 50% of the role.
 
This role is subject to receiving Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks and to a six-month probationary period. 
 
The post holder will be eligible for 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays per annum (pro rata) and a 5% pension contribution. We also offer a childcare voucher scheme. 
 
 
Salary: 5b (£22,700 - £24,350) pro rata, depending on experience 
 
Location: Based in Oxford with possible travel within Oxfordshire
