Are you an inspiring woman with experience of working with girls and young women? These are new posts to help develop OSARCC’s next stage of growth, expanding our Support, Empower, Educate (SEE) services to young women and girls aged 14 – 18 by providing a therapeutic counselling service.

The successful applicant will provide counselling sessions for young women and girls who are survivors of rape and sexual violence, and will contribute to the administration, monitoring, and evaluation of the SEE Project.

The stated hours include 1.5 hours of supervision per month and team meetings.

The SEE project is a Big Lottery funded project which aims to provide holistic support to young women and girls who have experienced sexual violence. The project works collaboratively with local partner agencies, expanding the local provision to young women and girls across Oxfordshire. The project worker will therefore be expected to work with the Project Coordinator to enable the expansion of the project as appropriate.
